How the Programme Works

This is an eight-week programme to help you build positive habits for life.

What to expect:

Onboarding

Before heading into your first full week of the programme you’ll get:

  • Week 1: an onboarding call and some pre-steps.
  • Access to the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) app, where the programme content is housed.
  • Week 2: a welcome module to complete, and your first pod or 1:1 meeting with me.

 Daily Practice

Every day from weeks 3 to 8 you’ll get 15 minutes per day of app-guided practice, which will enable you to build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways).

These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customised based on how you self-sabotage.

Each day you’ll receive:

·      An introduction to the Focus of the Day.

·      Three two-minute pre-recorded muscle-building exercises delivered through the PQ® app,released throughout the day.

·      End-of-day journal questions for reflection.

·      Your own dashboard to track your progress.

 Weekly Focus

Every weekend at the beginning of weeks 1–7, the PQ® app releases a one-hour pre-recorded video module led by coach Shirzad.

The video is carved up into snackable bites to fit your busy schedule.

Shirzad guides you through experiential exercises to deepen and personalise your understanding of mental fitness tools, inspiring and energising you to complete the daily practice throughout the following week.

 

Weekly Pod Meetings

Every Monday in weeks 2–8 there will be a 30–45-minute live group meeting on Teams, delivered by me, your Positive Intelligence® coach.

In this session we will review the weekend’s module and set you up for the week ahead.

I facilitate enriching and engaging discussions to increase your success in establishing new and lasting positive habits.
