What this call is for
In 30 minutes, we will:

Pilot Your Mind: Steady, Clear and Back in Control
Who this is for
Senior tech leaders with fast minds and full plates who are done “just coping” and want lasting change in how they think, feel, and lead under pressure.
What you are living with now
You look steady on the outside, but inside it feels scattered, noisy, and driven by constant self‑pressure. Your mind will not switch off, you react faster than you want to, and it is draining your energy, clarity, and confidence. It can feel like you are on autopilot, repeating old patterns that do not serve you, not getting the response or results you hoped for, and then turning on yourself with harsh self‑talk and more pressure.
We will use this call to check fit, answer your questions, and decide together if this 6‑month journey is right for you.
Over six months we change how you work with your mind so you can:
- Make sense of what is going on inside instead of feeling hijacked by it

Why this works
We use the Positive Intelligence® mental fitness system, a science‑backed approach leveraged by CEOs, elite performers, and leaders in companies like Google and Microsoft. It brings together research from neuroscience, positive psychology, performance science, and cognitive‑behavioural work into a simple, practical method. Mental fitness underpins how you perform, feel, and relate. You do not have to study all of those fields; you just learn a few key tools and turn them into daily habits.
How it works (high level)
- Phase 1 – 8‑week Mental Fitness Intensive (weekly 1 to 1)
You learn the core tools, start daily mental fitness practices, and begin to notice the thinking patterns that hijack you and keep you in mental chaos, reactivity, and self‑pressure, instead of piloting your mind with intention. - Phase 2 – 4‑month Integration Coaching (fortnightly 1 to 1)
We apply this directly to your real decisions, relationships, and challenges, so it stops being “a programme you did once” and becomes how you actually live and lead. - Plus: 12 months access to the mental fitness app, daily “mental fitness gym” practices, and self‑paced application modules, so you keep deepening and reinforcing the change over time, not just in a short burst.

Self‑Leadership Coaching
Who this is for
Senior tech leaders who want to align how they lead with who they are, and who are ready to work from the inside out rather than doing “traditional” leadership skills training.
What you are living with now
You may be stepping into a new role, taking on a bigger remit, trying to expand your influence, or noticing strain in how you relate to yourself and others. On paper it looks fine, but inside you feel stretched, mentally spinning, and slightly off‑kilter. You keep ploughing on and hoping it will somehow feel different, but it never really does.
What this journey focuses on
Across a minimum of three months (usually weekly sessions), we work 1 to 1 on your real situations while we:
- Bring awareness to the inner patterns driving how you lead yourself
- Build your ability to self‑regulate under pressure
- Strengthen your capacity to self‑direct: choosing responses instead of reacting on autopilot
- Grow genuine self‑trust and self‑efficacy, so you feel confident you can handle and navigate what comes, instead of being pulled into mental spinning
This is not traditional “leadership coaching.” It is about your relationship with yourself, because how you lead yourself sets the tone for everything else.
What I mean by self‑leadership
Self‑leadership is your ability to influence your own thoughts, behaviours, and actions so you can live and lead in line with what matters to you. It is built on three core skills: self‑awareness, self‑regulation, and self‑direction. When you grow these, you stop running on autopilot and start guiding yourself more intentionally through the decisions and pressures of your life.
How it works (high level)
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, usually weekly 1 to 1 sessions
- We focus directly on your current context: new role, bigger remit, team dynamics, key relationships, and personal life
- You can extend beyond 3
We will use this call to explore what you are facing and see whether this coaching package is the right fit for you.
Signal Check Assessment: What Is Hijacking Your Steadiness
Who this is for
Senior tech leaders who know they are running on mental overload and self‑pressure, and have a specific challenge they want to feel more in control of, but are not yet ready to commit to a longer coaching journey.
What this gives you
In this focused assessment and 75‑minute debrief you will:
- Bring one real challenge or situation you want to be different
- See clearly which default thinking patterns are hijacking how you approach that challenge
- Understand the real cost of these patterns on how you think, feel, act, and relate in this area
- Have that “revelation” moment of seeing yourself more accurately, so you can say, “When I see it, I do not have to be it”
- Leave with 1–3 specific shifts to start stepping out of autopilot and into more intentional, self‑led choices around that challenge
How it works
- You book and pay for your Signal Check Assessment and choose a time for your 75‑minute debrief
- I send you a short pre‑form to capture the challenge you want to focus on, plus a link to an online assessment about how your mind reacts under pressure
- You complete both before we meet
- I review your answers and results in advance
- We meet for a 75‑minute deep‑dive to connect your top 2–3 patterns to your chosen challenge and map your first steps forward
Redeemable note
If we both feel the 6‑month Pilot Your Mind journey is right for you, your £195 fee is redeemable against that programme.
