In everyone’s day there comes a point where we need to replenish our energy.

Often the terms rest and sleep are used in similar ways, with the notion being we mainly rest when asleep.

?However, sleep and rest play different roles and have different purposes for our health and wellbeing.

?Rest helps us recover from physical and mental effort.
