Do you invest in your fitness?

If the answer is yes, the first thing that may come to mind is how you move, train and build your body.

You might do this through activities that include building muscle, strength, stamina, tone and flexibility.

When we feel fit, we stand and hold ourselves differently.

Walking into a room we may notice our posture is more upright and open. We are more ready to engage with others.

The feel good factor of fitness enhances how we show up and how we perform tasks throughout the day.

Thinking or talking about physical fitness isn’t something we tend to hide.

We are often all too ready to openly share, with pride, the challenges we’ve overcome and the milestones we’ve reached.

When it comes to our brain fitness, we don’t seem to afford ourselves the same investment and attention.

Why do you think that is?

What stops us from investing in our brain the way we do our body?
