For many of us, the barrage of daily information and demands can put us firmly into autopilot gear.
Autopilot is helpful when it’s healthy habits that we wish to cultivate and do repeatedly or everyday tasks.
But, when it comes to being active participants in our lives, we may look back and realise we haven’t truly lived, instead we have existed.😢
Thinking is at the very root of who we are.
✍️As Descartes wrote, ‘I think, therefore I am’.
The more clearly, effectively and coherently we think, the better we are able to live.
