How many times, this week, have you done this?

Day in and day out we are all judging…
– situations
– others
– ourselves

When we operate *only* from a place of judgement it shuts us down.

It prevents us from understanding the full situation or a new truth that is not known yet.

So, there’s a good chance we are closing ourselves off to new worlds and new possibilities.

Without realising we are doing this, what we see, do and get produces the same results over and over.

Sometimes that’s okay and sometimes its not.

When it’s not, we might experience a horrible feeling of stuckness and frustration and find ourselves saying “same old, same old” when asked, how things are in our work and life.

If you want to begin to change that same old, same old feeling and get different results for yourself and your life. Here’s some things to consider:

1.Having negative feelings? There’s a good chance, there’s some form of judgement in motion. Take time to pause. Begin to notice any thoughts you might be having.

2. Remain unattached to the thoughts, instead, observe them.
Get curious. This switches us out of automatic judgement and opens up the potential for insight and understanding.

3.Ask yourself are those negative feelings about you, others or a situation. Perhaps it’s all. What if your judgement weren’t true? What else might be possible?

4.Ask yourself, how might a friend or a peer see things differently?
Reflecting on the answers – How might that change what you do and the results you get?

Next time you are feeling stuck, or tired of the results you are getting in your life, ask yourself, what might you be judging.

Stay curious – new possibilities and new truths await you.
