How can you lead yourself if you don’t know what really matters to you?

But even more importantly, why does it matter to you?

And what exactly, does that mean for you?

Finding a level of harmony in our worklives can feel like some out of reach mythical fantasy.

When something in our worklife is creating a sense of inner conflict and discontent, it’s a signal that something needs your attention.

Possibly it’s a need that isn’t being met, a boundary that is being crossed or maybe a lack of meaning and connection to the work itself, leaving you unfulfilled.

🌱Will, a legal industry professional came to me to get exactly that clarity, here’s what he said:

“Since embarking on this journey together, I have learned to understand a lot more about myself and what it means to find my truth, my voice.

“The time I’ve spent with Alison has left me feeling empowered, energised and thinking about me differently and how I show up for myself in life and work. I’m a lot clearer as to what matters to me most, have tools to help me navigate worklife, but most of all a feeling of self empowerment over my future career path to lead myself with more courage, knowing I am taking action that aligns with who I am.”🌱

If any of the above resonates, you might begin by asking yourself –
🔹What do I need to know, in order to create more harmony
in my worklife?
🔹When in my work day do I feel most conflicted?
🔹When do I notice myself checking out?

Get curious about the answers to these, take time to pause
(get off the hamster wheel) and begin to notice what’s going on for you.

🔸Your life belongs to you.

🔸You are worth paying attention to.

🔸Back yourself to create something *even* better.
