What’s feeding your self doubt?

Ever get those days where you wish instead of doubting yourself, you could just back yourself and get on with things?

When self doubt becomes the default daily operating mode, it can make it very difficult to take healthy actions in our lives.

For example, when feeling lost, lacking insight or feedback about our actions we may be unclear as to whether we are on the right track.

This then can create a weighty sense of uncertainty about where we stand in our jobs, in our relationships and in life, generally.

And in the absence of any clarity, results in us jumping to conclusions about ourselves that are deeply unhelpful and create more self doubt, based on nothing. 

The knock on effect maybe a sense of paralysis.
