Probably the most important thing…

You can do today and every day, for yourself. 

But first, let’s address what doing it means.

Doing it, doesn’t mean you are:
🔸wasting time
🔸working less hard or providing less value
🔸being indulgent, lazy and therefore need to feel guilty

Instead consider that when you are doing it, you are:
✅renewing your energy 
– before this happens 🪫
✅proactively managing stress 
– so you can handle the day even better 💪
✅optimising your brain function 🧠
– boosting your ability to think clearly, to focus, to create, to problem solve and more

Sounds pretty good, right? So why wouldn’t you do it?

So before you get going with the day and all that is demanding your attention…

Schedule your rest 🗓️⏲️

To pause, come up for air and to just breathe a while.

In a world where we have come to value busy work more than we do rest, it’s time to change the narrative and reset the balance.
